In this role, you'll provide professional nursing services under the supervision of the Manager, Health Services, focusing on patients with unpredictable health needs. With a year of acute clinical care experience preferred, you will manage nursing services, administer treatments, and lead the healthcare team in patient coordination and discharge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide independent nursing services for renal patients
• Administer prescribed medical treatments and medications
• Lead patient care coordination and discharge processes
• Collaborate with healthcare team members effectively
• Maintain high standards as per professional nursing guidelines
Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized Registered Nursing program
• Experience in acute clinical care within the last 3 years
• Successful completion of nephrology training
• Registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
• CPR training certification
