The Selkirk Regional Health Centre is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in a part-time capacity. You will work flexible hours, including days and nights, and be responsible for advising Health Care Aides and other staff.
Your role will impact our commitment to patient care, ethics, and community well-being, ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care per established policies and standards
• Direct Health Care Aides and Unit Clerks during shifts
• Support the mission and values of the Interlake‑Eastern RHA
• Maintain documentation and clinical notes accurately
• Assist in fostering cultural competency within healthcare teams
Requirements:
• Current practicing licensure with CLPNM
• Minimum one year of acute care experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills
• Valid Manitoba driver’s license
