The Staff Educator at Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg will utilize at least two years of teaching and three years of clinical experience in a geriatric or long-term care setting. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a capacity to adapt. Responsibilities also include engaging in research and applying management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct educational sessions for nursing staff
• Develop training materials tailored to needs
• Collaborate with clinical teams for effective learning
• Assess learning outcomes and improve programs
• Maintain knowledge of healthcare regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• Teaching certificate or education background preferred
• Current registration with CRNM or CRPNM
• Minimum five years of combined experience
• Valid CPR certification needed
