As a Full-Time RN on our clinical team, you will work a 4-on, 2-off rotation, ensuring stability and routine. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct nursing care tailored to individual needs
• Administer treatments and medications following protocols
• Monitor and accurately document resident conditions
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals for care plans
• Supervise junior nursing staff for optimal patient care
Requirements:
• Valid and unrestricted RN license in California
• Current CPR/BLLS certification
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Excellent communicator with interpersonal abilities
• Experience in skilled nursing is preferred, but not mandatory
