Interventional Cardiac Nurse at St. Boniface

St. Boniface Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with a minimum of two years of recent nursing experience. You will assist Interventional Cardiologists in various diagnostics and interventional procedures, making critical contributions to patient care. Strong expertise in ICU or Adult Emergency Room nursing is preferred, complemented by advanced assessment training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with coronary angiograms and valve insertions

• Support in the use of intraaortic balloon pumps

• Participate in shunt calculations and rot oblation tasks

• Engage with interventional techniques using Mac Lab software

• Maintain high standards of nursing practice in care

Requirements:

• Minimum two years recent nursing experience

• ICU or Adult Emergency Room experience preferred

• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing

• Current registration with C.R.N.M.

• B.L.S. certification required, ACLS preferred
