LPN Night Shift Position

Position: Full-Time LPN Night Shift Position
Location: Portage la Prairie

Provide essential nursing care as a Full-Time LPN during night shifts at Grandview Post Acute. Supervise nursing assistants and ensure high-quality care for residents.

In this role, you will work directly with residents while overseeing day-to-day nursing activities. Responsibilities include administering medications, maintaining accurate documentation, and implementing care plans. You'll ensure compliance with all facility policies, state guidelines, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct nursing assistants in daily care tasks

• Administer medications and document patient responses

• Supervise the implementation of care plans

• Maintain accurate records and reports

• Ensure safety and sanitation standards are met

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in this state

• Nursing degree from an accredited program

• CPR certification required

• Ability to manage emotional stress effectively

• Strong communication and leadership skills
