As a Public Health Nurse, you will contribute to the WRHA Community Health Services, focusing on community development and health promotion. With two years of relevant nursing experience required, you will apply your skills in communicable disease control and harm reduction. A Baccalaureate Nursing Degree and active registration with CRNM are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing services focused on public health initiatives
• Promote health equity and community development
• Conduct immunizations and other clinical procedures

Requirements:
• Baccalaureate Nursing Degree
• Recent nursing experience in public health or primary care
