This role involves providing comprehensive nursing services for patients, working under the direction of managerial staff. With a year of preferred clinical experience, you will manage nursing responsibilities and lead initiatives for patient coordination and discharge within your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide independent nursing care focusing on renal patients
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications accurately
• Coordinate patient care and discharge protocols
• Lead and support healthcare teams effectively
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and ethics
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved Nursing education program
• Experience in acute clinical care within three years
• Completion of Manitoba Nephrology Nursing Course or equivalent
• Proof of registration from the nursing regulatory body
• Current CPR training
