The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for their Intensive Care Unit at Grace Hospital. The ideal candidate will provide professional nursing services, demonstrate leadership, and facilitate patient care coordination.
Your role will encompass administering medical treatments and supporting healthcare team operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing services for patients with complex health needs
• Administer prescribed treatments and procedures
• Lead care coordination and patient discharge processes
• Document patient progress and care plans
• Ensure adherence to nursing standards and policies
Requirements:
• Current ICU experience is preferred
• Graduate from an approved Registered Nursing program
• Registration with College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba required
• BLS and ACLS certification needed
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
