In this Business Area Manager position, you will collaborate closely with the Regional Director of Nursing Operations. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise and management skills to oversee nursing services, develop staff, and ensure compliance with nursing standards. You will play a vital role in enhancing clinic growth and managing resources effectively within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team of remote Field Nurses
• Monitor and achieve key operational metrics
• Ensure compliance with provincial nursing standards
• Foster relationships with patients and external partners
• Facilitate staff training and performance management
Requirements:
• BScN or working towards degree required
• Minimum 5-7 years nursing experience
• Experience in managing remote teams
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Bilingualism French/English preferred
