This role demands a professional Registered Nurse with a post-graduate course in I.C.U. Nursing or equivalent experience. You will manage complex health needs, perform independent nursing services, and coordinate patient care effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in the I.C.U.
• Administer prescribed medical treatments and services
• Lead health care team interactions and care coordination
• Support the discharge process effectively for patients
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Requirements:
• Approved Registered Nursing education program graduation
• Current CRNM registration mandatory
• Active participation in professional nursing associations preferred
• Annual BLS Level C registration required
• I.C.U. experience or equivalent course completion needed
