As an Assistant Coordinator, you will provide essential services to nurses and support workplace wellness in First Nations and Inuit communities. You will apply your nursing expertise while coordinating critical incident stress management services. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate delivery of stress management services
• Provide educational support for nursing staff
• Conduct post-incident assessments and referrals

Requirements:
• Registered nurse with a degree from a recognized institution
• At least 5 years of diversified nursing experience
• Experience in health promotion program development
• Knowledge of Critical Incident Stress Management
• Ability to communicate effectively in team settings
Drive change and support healthcare excellence in Indigenous communities with Health Canada in Winnipeg.
