The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Community Health Services team. You will serve clients with complex health needs, coordinating care and treatments effectively. This position requires strong nursing knowledge, critical thinking, and effective communication in a variety of environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide independent nursing care to community clients
• Administer prescribed treatments as directed
• Facilitate coordination of client care and discharge
• Lead healthcare team activities during service delivery
• Adapt care plans for clients in diverse settings
Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program
• Active CRNM registration and CPR certification
• Minimum of 2 years recent nursing experience
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's license
• Knowledge of community health nursing practices
