This full-time role supports the Selkirk Mental Health Centre under the supervision of the Manager of Health Services. As an RPN, you will deliver independent nursing services, administer prescribed treatments, and play a leadership role within the healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional nursing services to complex patients
• Administer prescribed medical treatments safely
• Lead and coordinate patient care processes
• Ensure seamless patient discharge planning
• Engage in continuous self-development and training
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved Registered Psychiatric Nursing or Nursing program
• Active registration with CRPNM or CRNM
• Up to 2 years of recent mental health experience preferred
• CPR certification required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
