Community IV Therapy Nurse

As a Registered Nurse, you will be integral to the Community IV Therapy Program. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver independent nursing services to clients

• Administer prescribed treatments effectively

• Lead and coordinate client care within the team

• Facilitate discharge planning for clients

• Monitor ongoing health needs in community settings

Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant nursing experience preferred

• Graduate of an approved nursing program required

• CNA Community Health Nurses Certification preferred

• Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's license required

• Maintain registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
