Evening Care Manager at Lions Housing

Drive quality resident care with Lions Housing Centres as the Evening Resident Care Manager/Clinical Educator in Winnipeg. Oversee clinical practice while supporting education and staff development in person.

As the Evening Resident Care Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and operational oversight across resident care units. This 0.7 EFT role includes flexibility to accommodate various shifts while focusing on quality improvement and team mentoring. Your leadership in clinical practice ensures safety and satisfaction for residents and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality resident care through clinical leadership

• Coordinate education and training for nursing staff

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits

• Lead evening operational oversight across care units

• Promote compassionate communication with residents and families

Requirements:

• Current registration with CRNM, CLPNM, or CRPNM

• Minimum three years of supervisory experience

• Experience in long-term care or clinical education

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Satisfactory Criminal Record and Adult Abuse Registry Checks
