Registered Psychiatric Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care in the Special Care Unit to patients

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Participate in treatment planning and implementation

• Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations

• Collaborate with healthcare staff for optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Graduate of RPN or RN program with mental health focus

• Active registration with CRPNM or CRNM required

• Knowledge of mental health legislation and practice standards

• Effective communication and critical thinking skills

• Ability to adapt to high-stress environments
