As a Nurse 3 at Shared Health, your expertise in mental health will be pivotal in assisting clients with enduring psychiatric challenges. You will work full-time on day shifts with standby coverage as needed.
Your role will involve planning, assessment, and coordination of support services for diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and develop individualized care plans for patients
• Coordinate and implement support services for mental health
• Ensure compliance with relevant health legislation
• Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all clients
Requirements:
• Minimum four years of related mental health experience
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Manitoba
• Knowledge of mental health treatment and rehabilitation
• Valid driver's license and vehicle for community support
• Successful criminal record check and other security clearance
