This in-person, permanent position requires a minimum of two years of public health nursing experience and knowledge of the Public Health Act. You'll utilize Parent Survey Training and provide reflective supervision while striving to eliminate health disparities in various populations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance community health services through innovative measures and outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess community health needs and implement programs
• Lead health promotion activities and initiatives
• Provide reflective supervision to nursing staff
• Engage with diverse populations to promote health equity
• Maintain excellent records and uphold nursing standards
Requirements:
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
• Certification from the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
• Experience in public health nursing practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
• Requires a valid driver’s license and travel readiness
