Key Responsibilities:

• Manage WCB, STD, and LTD claims effectively

• Provide on-site health care services to employees

• Address workplace and non-workplace injuries

• Organize health maintenance initiatives and activities

• Serve as an advocate for healthy living among employees

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Nurse or equivalent

• Experience in claims management is desirable

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain relations with Union and Management

• Proficient in using technology for documentation
