Seeking a committed Evening LPN to enhance nursing care at Grandview Post Acute. Provide essential nursing leadership and direct patient care during night hours.
As a full-time LPN, you will be responsible for supervising nursing assistants and providing nursing care to residents according to established protocols. Key tasks include administering medications, performing documentation, and adhering to federal regulations. Your leadership will help maintain quality standards in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily nursing operations and staff
• Administer treatment and medications as prescribed
• Review and document patient care consistently
• Uphold safety and sanitation protocols
• Ensure compliance with care plans and regulations
Requirements:
• Valid LPN license for the state
• Diploma from an accredited LPN program
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to navigate emotional challenges
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
