This role requires a skilled Nurse Clinician to join the multidisciplinary team at Shared Health’s Health Sciences Centre. Strong clinical experience is essential, as well as advanced knowledge in diabetes care and wound management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical management to patients in the Diabetic Foot Clinic

• Support families across Manitoba and neighboring regions

• Serve as a resource for other healthcare professionals

• Educate patients about their treatment plans

• Maintain compliance with professional standards and policies

Requirements:

• Three years of recent clinical nursing experience

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program

• WRHA Wound Care Level 1 and 2 certifications required

• Proof of registration with CRNM

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
