We are recruiting a seasoned Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to lead the Operating Room team at Clearpoint Health Network. You will be the point person for surgical staff and physicians, driving quality improvement initiatives and assessing team performance. Your leadership will directly impact OR efficiency while adhering to our high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operationally manage the perioperative services team
• Resolve conflicts and ensure effective communication in the OR
• Collaborate on strategies to enhance clinical processes

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license required
• Experience in the Operating Room setting
