Under the Director of Resident Care's supervision, this LPN position focuses on providing comprehensive nursing care aligned with recognized standards. You will support Health Care Aides while maintaining professional responsibilities within CLPNM guidelines. Preferred experience in geriatrics and dementia enhances your impact on residents' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care following established standards

• Guide and supervise Health Care Aides effectively

• Make informed decisions on resident care

• Foster positive interactions with colleagues and residents

• Ensure adherence to ethical nursing practices

Requirements:

• Active CLPNM licensure or eligibility

• Basic Life Support (BLS) training is current

• Experience with dementia and geriatrics preferred

• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

• Capability for moderate to heavy physical efforts
