This casual relief position demands a minimum of one year’s nursing experience, particularly in Home Care. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care under supervision of Home Care Supervisor

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for effective outcomes

• Respond to unique daily challenges in patient care

• Maintain compliance with health authority standards

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with relevant education

• Current certification with College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba

• Minimum one year Home Care experience

• Valid Manitoba driver’s license and personal vehicle access

• Effective oral and written communication skills
