Cogir Senior Living is seeking dedicated RPNs to provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in our retirement residences. You will play a vital role in assessing and evaluating resident care, while also mentoring unregulated care providers. Communication and relationship-building will be critical as you collaborate with families and the multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement planned nursing care per patient needs

• Evaluate and adjust care plans based on assessments

• Mentor and support unregulated care providers

• Ensure accurate documentation of care provided

• Develop trusting relationships with residents

Requirements:

• Registered as a Practical Nurse in the province

• Solid clinical knowledge and experience in gerontology

• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid

• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
