Position: Resident Assistant at Great Lakes Management

Great Lakes Management is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant for PRN on-call hours. In this role, you'll assist with activities of daily living, support emotional needs, and collaborate with case managers. Your contribution will directly enhance the quality of life for residents in a supportive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities as per service agreement

• Support physical and emotional well-being for each resident

• Administer treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse

• Observe and report physical and emotional changes to case manager

• Maintain daily documentation and service schedules

Requirements:

• Six months of experience in long-term care or assisted living

• Registered as a Nursing Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant

• Ability to make informed decisions for resident welfare

• Strong communication skills for resident interaction

• Compassionate and responsible approach to care
