This in-person role requires a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver community care within HC Nursing Assiniboine South. You will support clients with complex health needs, administering treatments, and leading client care coordination. This position involves physical demands and requires effective communication and problem-solving skills within a healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing services in various community settings
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications
• Coordinate patient care and effective discharge planning
• Lead healthcare teams in delivering quality services
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
• 2 years related nursing experience preferred
• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• Valid registration with CRNM
• Knowledge of community health practices
• Current CPR certification and driver’s license
