As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a critical role in providing nursing services for patients in the Adult Ambulatory Care department at the Health Sciences Centre. Candidates must have significant nursing experience, especially in acute care settings, as well as familiarity with EMR systems. You will administer treatments, support patient care coordination, and contribute to a high-quality healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care to patients with complex health needs
• Administer prescribed treatments and manage care plans
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive support
• Maintain EMR documentation and patient records accurately
• Lead initiatives to improve patient care outcomes
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years in acute medicine nursing
• Recent experience in Ambulatory Care is essential
• Graduate from a recognized Registered Nursing program
• Current registration with College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
• Active BLS certification required
