In this role as a Clinical Practice Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN), you will operate under the guidance of the Manager of Health Services. Responsibilities include delivering professional nursing services, leading care coordination, and administrating prescribed treatments. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver expert nursing services to complex patients
• Carry out prescribed medical treatments and interventions
• Lead nursing initiatives within the healthcare team
• Coordinate comprehensive patient care and discharges
• Adhere to professional certification requirements
Requirements:
• Post-graduate ICU nursing course or equivalent experience
• CRNM registration for nursing practice required
• Annual BLS Level C Registration is mandatory
• Active participation in professional nursing organizations preferred
• Current Criminal Records Check is required
