Actionmarguerite is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its Care and Services - 3
ABC unit. This role operates part-time during evenings, offering professional nursing services and administering medical treatments to designated residents. The LPN will engage in effective communication, problem-solving, and patient care prioritization to meet diverse health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer prescribed medical treatments to residents
• Collaborate within the health care team for optimal resident care
• Participate in resident discharge coordination
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff in both languages
• Monitor and prioritize care for individual residents
Requirements:
• Active registration with CLPNM required
• Graduate from an accredited LPN program
• Certification in CPR
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Current Criminal Record Check for Vulnerable Sector
