Position: Home Hemodialysis Nurse at Seven Oaks
Join the Home Hemodialysis Nursing team at Seven Oaks General Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This in-person role calls for a skilled nurse with nephrology expertise and teaching experience.

As a Nurse 3, you will report to the Clinical Services Manager, providing essential care and education to home hemodialysis patients. A minimum of three years in Nephrology Nursing, along with strong clinical knowledge, is required. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve patient assessments and navigating various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess home hemodialysis patients

• Deliver hands-on nursing care in homes and at SOGH

• Teach patients self-care techniques effectively

• Utilize effective communication in patient interactions

• Adapt to changing healthcare needs and environments

Requirements:

• Three years of nephrology nursing experience

• Baccalaureate of Nursing preferred

• Manitoba Nephrology Nursing course completion

• Current C.R.N.M. registration

• Valid Manitoba driver's license required
