Position: Riverview Health Centre LPN Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing professional nursing services under the supervision of the Manager of Patient Care. You will engage in the administration of medical treatments, effective communication, and coordination of patient care efforts. A valid registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional practical nursing services to assigned patients

• Administer IV medications and treatments as prescribed

• Collaborate with healthcare teams for seamless patient care

• Take part in the planning and execution of patient discharge

• Demonstrate adherence to nursing ethics and standards of practice

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program

• Certification in IV Therapy and Medication Administration

• Active registration with the CLPNM

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
