Winnipeg General Duty Nurse Position

Shared Health seeks a General Duty Nurse specializing in Endoscopy in Winnipeg. This in-person nursing role emphasizes patient care in a clinical environment for those with complex needs.

The qualified candidate will be a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least two years experience in GI Surgery and post-operative nursing. Responsibilities include independent nursing services, coordinating care, and leading team activities to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for patients with complicated health issues

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years in GI Surgery/Medicine

• Graduated from a Registered Nursing program

• Certification in Conscious Sedation must be obtained

• Active registration with CRNM is required
