This full-time in-person position requires a skilled RN who will work closely with the healthcare team. You will manage patient care independently, administer treatments, and support nursing leadership initiatives. Your contributions will ensure quality care for critical patients in the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver independent nursing services for critical patients
• Coordinate and oversee patient care with the team
• Manage the administration of treatments and medications
• Contribute to patient discharge planning and execution
• Provide leadership in nursing practices and support staff
Requirements:
• Post-graduate ICU nursing course or equivalent experience
• Approved Registered Nursing education graduate
• Active CRNM registration required
• Commitment to continual education and associations preferred
• Undergo necessary background and registry checks
