With over 2 years of acute mental health experience, especially with children, you will assess, plan, and deliver care in a high-stress environment.
Your role will involve collaborating with an interdisciplinary team while providing crucial support to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and support patients in mental health crises
• Develop intervention plans collaboratively
• Deliver educational support to staff and family members
• Perform thorough psychiatric assessments
• Utilize effective communication for patient engagement
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of acute mental health experience
• Child and Adolescent Mental Health background is a plus
• Degree in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing required
• Registration with CRNM or CRPNM required
• Proven leadership and teaching skills
