This position focuses on delivering professional nursing services and coordinating patient care in the GD3 Trauma/Acute/Stepdown unit. Ideal candidates will possess strong surgical experience and be graduated from an approved nursing program. Responsibilities include administering treatments and ensuring patient discharge processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing services for complex patient health needs
• Administer prescribed medical treatments independently
• Lead coordination of patient care and discharges
• Facilitate communication among healthcare team members
• Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
• Surgical experience preference
• Proof of active CRNM registration
• Must complete ECG and Step Down Unit training
• Ability to manage physical demands of nursing care
