Position: Full-Time Mental Health Registered Nurse

Bayshore Medical Personnel seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse with at least three years of mental health experience in the last five years. This role involves providing critical mental health services, including crisis intervention and counseling in a primary health care setting. Candidates will engage in both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as CBT and DVT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments for clients

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide crisis intervention in high-stress situations

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals and groups

• Manage medication for inpatient and outpatient clients

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing

• Certification in Mental Health Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing required

• Minimum three years of Mental Health experience

• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers

• Registered Nurse license from the provincial professional college
