You will independently provide nursing services and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. This role encompasses working nights, weekends, and standby shifts as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide independent nursing services to surgical patients
• Lead patient care coordination and discharge processes
• Administer medical treatments responsibly
• Engage in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Cover standby on-call shifts as required
Requirements:
• Recent experience in surgical nursing is mandatory
• Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
• Current registration with CRNM necessary
• Membership in nursing associations preferred
• Flexibility to work diverse shifts is required
