Shared Health is seeking a Clinical Mentor for its Medicine Unit at Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg. The role focuses on rapid, just-in-time clinical mentorship and sharing practical knowledge to support nursing staff.

You will work with Clinical Manager(s), Educators and Resource Nurses to promote high-quality, evidence-based care and facilitate staff development and smooth transitions into new practice areas.
