Experience- Minimum two (2) years recent experience in Gynecology Surgery and/or Antepartum nursing required.
- Recent Mother-Baby combined care (postpartum/newborn) nursing experience is an asset.
- Experience in education program planning is an asset.
- Demonstrated teaching experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Provider Level registration is an asset.
- Current CRNM registration required.
NOTE:
Successful completion of the BLS Instructor Certificate will be obtained at a time scheduled by the employer or at a time mutually agreed upon between the nurse and the employer required.
- Knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in the use of common software including word processing, e-mail, PowerPoint and internet applications is required.
