Mental Health RN: Lead Patient Care & Coordination
Shared Health is seeking a Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing services for patients with complex health needs. The role includes leadership within the healthcare team and coordination of patient care and discharge.
The successful candidate should have a nursing degree, active CRPNM/CRNM registration, CPR training, and a proven ability to work in a demanding environment with strong communication skills and cultural awareness.
