The position entails providing professional nursing services under the supervision of the Manager Health Services. You will assist patients during their labour, delivery, and recovery processes while demonstrating commitment to the hospital mission. Ideal candidates will have recent Labour/Delivery/Recovery nursing experience along with a strong focus on patient care coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care to patients in Labour Delivery Recovery
• Administer prescribed medical treatments accurately
• Coordinate patient care and discharge procedures
• Participate in leadership roles within the healthcare team
• Maintain compliance with professional and safety standards
Requirements:
• Recent Labour/Delivery/Recovery nursing experience required
• Bilingual in English and French essential
• Current CRNM registration needed
• Completion of Neonatal Resuscitation Program required
• AORN Periop 101 course completion preferred
