As part of the RR2 Addictions unit, you will provide vital nursing services to patients with complex health needs. The role involves independent nursing practices, administering treatments, and collaborating within a healthcare team. Applicants should have relevant mental health experience and be committed to the organization's vision and values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver independent nursing services to patients
• Administer interventions and monitor treatment outcomes
• Lead coordination of patient care and discharges
• Collaborate effectively within a healthcare team
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards and ethics
Requirements:
• Graduate of a Registered Psychiatric Nursing or Nursing program
• Active registration with CRPNM or CRNM
• Experience with mental health patients preferred
• Knowledge of clinical policies and practices
• CPR certification required
