The Home Care Registered Nurse plays a critical role within a multi-disciplinary team, reporting to the Home Care Nursing Supervisor. This position supports the health outcomes and needs of the Interlake-Eastern region by delivering essential nursing services. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing functions as assigned by the Home Care Case Coordinator

• Collaborate with the care team to promote holistic health services

• Exercise professional judgment in daily nursing activities

• Foster cultural safety and equity in care delivery

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with relevant education and experience

• Current registration with College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba

• BCLS certification and Wound Care Level 1 & 2 completed

• Minimum one year of nursing experience in Home Care

• Valid Manitoba driver's license and access to a vehicle
