This role requires a Licensed Practical Nurse with two years of recent experience for the Home Care Nursing Services team. Ideal candidates will be graduates of an approved nursing program and hold a valid registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba. Strong communication skills and community nursing knowledge are crucial in delivering effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care in various community settings
• Monitor and delegate patient care effectively
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Uphold standards in line with nursing ethics
• Ensure safe practices according to health regulations
Requirements:
• 2 years recent related nursing experience preferred
• Active registration with CLPNM required
• Graduate of a Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s license required
