Shared Health is seeking a Nurse Educator for its Manitoba Renal Program. With at least four years of nursing experience, you will enhance clinical practices through educational development and program evaluation. A Master's degree in Nursing and previous teaching experience, particularly in nephrology, are preferred to achieve impactful health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement clinical education programs
• Evaluate nursing practices and provide mentorship
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on holistic care
• Support patients and families in renal health education
• Maintain current knowledge of nephrology nursing practices
Requirements:
• Minimum four years nursing experience
• Preferred Master's degree in Nursing
• Registration with College of Nurses of Manitoba
• Certification in a relevant specialty area preferred
• Current CPR certification required
