St. Boniface Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse for its Labour, Delivery, Recovery unit. The successful candidate will hold current CRNM registration and possess recent nursing experience in Labour/Delivery or mother-baby care. This role emphasizes independent patient care, medical treatment administration, and effective coordination during patient discharge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing services to patients with complex health needs
• Administer prescribed medical treatments as per protocols
• Lead within the healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes
• Coordinate patient care and manage discharge processes
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Current CRNM registration is mandatory
• Recent Labour/Delivery/Recovery hospital experience required
• Previous Operating Room experience preferred
• Successful completion of Neonatal Resuscitation Program
• Proficiency in English and French is essential
