As a Registered Nurse in the CK3 Pediatric Surgery unit, you will provide essential care to patients with complex health needs. This role encompasses independent nursing services, medication administration, and collaboration within the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes. Recent experience in pediatric surgery is preferred, alongside a commitment to Shared Health’s values and patient-centered mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care for complex pediatric patients
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications
• Coordinate patient care and facilitate discharges
• Participate in healthcare team leadership and planning
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved RN education program
• CRNM registration required with proof
• Recent pediatric surgery experience preferred
• Effective communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle demanding healthcare environments
