As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will utilize your skills in supporting clients across various settings like Acute, Transitional, and Home Care. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients to achieve optimum health levels
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality care
• Maintain confidentiality in all patient interactions
• Demonstrate conflict resolution and strong communication
• Lead decision-making in nursing procedures
Requirements:
• Active registration with CLPNM required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification needed
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and vehicle necessary
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
